Amethyst AI LLC ("Mog Academy", "we", "our", or "us") provides a professional aesthetic analysis and transformation platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially when handling sensitive facial data. What Data is Shared
When you request an analysis, the app transmits your uploaded facial image and relevant metadata (such as image dimensions) to our AI provider.
Who the Data is Sent To
We use Google Gemini API (provided by Google LLC) for automated feature detection and image transformation.
User Permission
The app will not transmit your data to Google Gemini until you provide explicit consent. You will be prompted to grant permission via an in-app notice before your first upload.
Equal Protection
We confirm that Google LLC provides the same or equal protection of your personal data as outlined in this policy.
No AI Training
As a user of the Gemini API Paid Tier, your facial data and prompts are not used by Google to train, improve, or develop their AI or machine learning models.
We do not sell, rent, or share facial data with advertisers or marketing services. Outside of the AI processors identified in Section 4, we only share data with secure cloud hosting providers (such as Amazon Web Services) necessary to operate the app.

Retention: Data is retained only while the account is active.
Deletion: Users can delete individual images at any time. Upon account deletion (via Settings → Delete Account), all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We process facial data only with your explicit informed consent. You provide this consent by agreeing to the privacy prompt before uploading an image. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your data or account.
All users are entitled to the Right to Access (viewing data), Right to Erasure (deleting photos/account), and Right to Portability (requesting a copy of data).
Access to the device camera is requested only to capture images for analysis. This is only used when you actively choose to take a photo.
